We have the right to decline any commission that either makes us uncomfortable to do or we feel it's out of our ability to execute it well.
You are not allowed to change, modify or use my works for anything else that wasn't discussed. This also goes for work we have offered for free of charge.
We allow 5 revisions during the first stage, any major revisions after that will be extra cost.
You are not allowed to take credit of the commissioned work thus you're not allowed to remove any watermarks or sell, redistribute for commercial use including blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs and cryotocurrency.
You are not allowed to use commissioned work for AI generated art.
You will only be sent the digital files of your commission.
Changes won't be made after the finalised piece is sent.
Refunds won't be issued if the piece doesn't meet your satisfactory expectations.
Rush jobs will be 3x more of the original price decided on. Please inform us that it's a rush job and when you want it done by.
Please give credit where it's due. You can do this by mentioning us by our user on Instagram, Twitter and other social media apps/sites.
We reserve the right to showcase the artwork in our portfolio, on any platforms. Please inform us if you don't want your commission to be showcased in our portfolio or/and on any platforms.
- The only exceptions will be commercial commissions which will be talked about at the start.

PAYMENT

We accept through either Stripe, Wise and Paypal unless you are in same country as us, this will be then discussed.
An invoice will be sent after you are satisfied after the first stage. Please pay it within a week of receiving it.

Communication will be solely done through email.
- Social media won't be accepted unless you're a friend or a mutual.
You will get a contract emailed and must be signed within 3 days of receiving it.

An invoice will be emailed when you are satisfied after the first stage of the process, please pay it within 7 days of receiving it.
Failure to complete it, without good reasoning, will result in your commission being cancelled.
This is where we will communicate with you while also referring back to the form you submitted in.
Once you have approved of the finalised version, you will be sent a high resolution of your commission with and without our watermark through email which can be downloaded.

Your order will be cancelled if you don't do the following;
- You don't sign the contract within 3 days of receiving it.
- You don't pay the 25% deposit within a week of receiving the invoice for it.
- You don't pay the 75% after finalisations have been done to your order.
- You are found breaking the agreement of the Terms of Services and your contract.
Refunds are not negotiable, unless it falls under any of these conditions;
- You decide to cancel before depositing the 25%, you won’t get any refund back since you didn’t deposit any money to begin with.
- Something in our life came up and we took too long to finish your project, we will have a chat with you and decide then.
- Something in our life came up and we decided we couldn’t complete your project, we will issue the 25% deposit back to you and talk with you then.

Here's how you can be blacklisted from the company as a client;
- If you file a chargeback against us on Paypal, Stripe or Wise or any banking branches, Your rights to anything you commissioned from us will be removed and your name will be in the public blacklist and details about the case will be there for others to see.
- Found breaking any agreement made within the contract and going against our Terms and Services after the commission has been completed and delivered.
